This week is flying by. It's Wednesday already and there is still so much more I want to accomplish in the next few days. I wish time would slow down, just a bit, please.
Lots of good things on my work table today. Starting to art journal and doing some stamping of my OLW (read about it here in this post). I chose my word, purpose, or really it probably chose me because it is something I really want to work on. I would like to make the word visible, as a reminder. I want it to be something I can hang up in my work space and around the house. So, I I'll be using some paint and stamps to help me with that and do my best to create something I really love, something I will appreciate looking at everyday.
I picked this word because I wanted to explore what it would mean to really live with purpose and to use it as my guiding force this year. While I don't know what I am specifically going to make with the supplies in the photo, I do know my ultimate purpose for today's creative session will be to work on something that makes my heart sing and reminds me of my intention to live more purposefully :)
Thanks for reading!
Supplies: The fabulous stamp in the picture above was made by Kellie Stamps using the lovely script by Polka Dot Creative. What an awesome collaboration. I just love it. Color Theory ink and acrylic paint from Studio Calico.
